Can I pick my dog up before 4pm?
No, we kindly ask you to stick with our drop off and pick up times, otherwise you will be asked to leave the property until 4pm. We do not have owners coming in and out when the dogs are out.
Can I get updates and photos of my dog?
Yes, we ask that you send us a text or an email asking for photos and an update on your dog. We can then send you direct messages and photos / videos of your dog enjoying there stay. Please feel free to join our Facebook photo group.
What does a typical day look like for boarders?

I am running late, can I drop my dog off after 9:30?
No, we do not accept dogs after 9:30am. We close our driveway and shut the gate to continue the flow of our operations.
What do I need to bring for my dogs board?
Please provide enough food for the stay, labeled with instructions.
We have fresh beds/ blankets available for comfort.
We provide sanitized clean bowls for feeding times. Toys are welcome for rest times, and won't be shared with the pack.
Can I drop by to look at the facilities?
No, we do not accept drop ins during the day. Our driveway is blocked between 9:30am-4pm. If you would like to see the facilities before having your dog stay here we ask you to book an assessment/ meet and greet. Please contact us for more information.
Do you use kennels?
Yes, we have a variety of sizes based on the size of canine. During rest periods they are kennelled for safety and private space to relax.
How do you introduce dogs to the pack?
First we introduce the dogs in the kennel room and see the behaviour of the dog. we slowly introduce them to a few dogs (small pack) outside to see how they are with a few dogs. Then we slowly transition them to the big pack.
Where do dogs sleep for boarding?
All dogs will be in their own size appropriate kennel with a blanket/ bed unless requested for dogs to be in the same kennel.
If I forgot food for boarding can I drop it off on my way out of town?
We ask that you come prepared and we do not accept drop offs at our mailbox. We can also go and purchase your dogs food and add it to your invoice at the end, we also have food at our facility that we can feed your dog and invoice you at the end of your stay.
Do you accept unfixed dogs?
Yes, we accept all dogs, fixed or unfixed and any breed. We do not take females in heat and ask that they return 4 weeks after their heat is finished.
How do I get signed up for daycare?
Please contact us for daycare and boarding. It is a two step process for sign up. Daycare we will book you in for your first day or assessment. At the assessment you will be given a start date. We do not accept dogs without a start date. Wait list's can begin depending on the month.
