Contact us to inquire and we'll send you our welcome package and registration forms. Spots are limited: we only take a certain number of dogs, based on our busy schedule and current client list, so wait lists can begin depending on the month. Once your completed forms and a copy of your dog's vet records are in and we have a spot for you, we'll let you know when your dog can start. A meet-and-greet is available by appointment if you'd like one, but it isn't required.

Required shots: DA2PP and Rabies, and they must be current. Vet records are required before your dog's first visit, so we can check they're valid and up to date. Exceptions may be possible for dogs that aren't vaccinated; please contact us first to discuss.

Puppies can start at 10–12 weeks, once they've had their Rabies and DA2PP shots, with proof. Please send us their vet records before the first visit.

No, we do not accept drop ins during the day. Our driveway is blocked between 9:30am–4pm. If you would like to see the facilities before your dog's first visit, a meet-and-greet is available by appointment if you'd like one, but it isn't required. Just contact us to set one up.

Yes, we accept all dogs, fixed or unfixed and any breed. We do not take females in heat. They are welcome back 2 weeks after their heat has ended, with a bath.

Yes. We offer private one-on-one training for dogs with behaviour issues. Prices from October 1, 2026: behaviour assessment $250, private session $200 per hour, and board and train $3,500. See our Training page for details.

All payments (daycare and boarding) are due on the day of drop-off, by Interac e-Transfer or cash. No cancellation fees.

No. We have no cancellation fees.

No, we kindly ask you to stick with our drop off and pick up times, otherwise you will be asked to leave the property until 4pm. We do not have owners coming in and out when the dogs are out.

No. Once your dog is set up with us, regular daycare and boarding days don't need to be pre-booked: just drop off and pick up within our windows (7am–9:30am and 4pm–6pm). The only things that need to be pre-booked are early drop-off (6–7am) and late pick-up (6–8pm): just let us know the day before, any way you like (call, text, email or message). There is no extra charge.

No, we do not accept dogs after 9:30am. We close our driveway and shut the gate to continue the flow of our operations.

Yes, we ask that you send us a text or an email asking for photos and an update on your dog. We can then send you direct messages and photos / videos of your dog enjoying their stay. Please feel free to join our Facebook photo group.

Please provide enough food for the stay, labelled with instructions. We have fresh beds / blankets available for comfort. We provide sanitized clean bowls for feeding times. Toys are welcome for rest times, and won't be shared with the pack.

If you forget food or anything else, just let us know and you can drop it off in our mailbox (our drop-off box) on the driveway. If that isn't possible, we can buy food or feed your dog from our supply; the cost is charged at drop-off and paid with your stay.

All dogs will be in their own size-appropriate kennel with a blanket / bed unless requested for dogs to be in the same kennel.

Yes, we have a variety of sizes based on the size of canine. During rest periods they are kennelled for safety and private space to relax.

First we introduce the dogs in the kennel room and see the behaviour of the dog. We slowly introduce them to a few dogs (small pack) outside to see how they are with a few dogs. Then we slowly transition them to the big pack.
